The Legend of Zelda movie has only really had two actors attached to it for several months, with Benjamin Evan Ainsworth and Bo Bragason known to be starring as Link and Zelda, respectively. Now, however, we have actors confirmed for Ganondorf and Impa, and reports that the late Sam Neill is also part of the film.

Deadline reports that Young Rock actor Uli Latukefu is playing series antagonist Ganondorf, though we have yet to see him in costume like we have Ainsworth and Bragason. Severance actor Dichen Lachman has been confirmed to play Zeldaâs Sheik bodyguard Impa, which fans have speculated about for months after the actor appeared in leaked set photos.

Two actors who are also in the movie with roles that are as of yet unknown are Dexter and Mass Effect actor Yvonne Strahovski, and Sam Neill. Deadline doesnât have names for the characters the two will play, but Strahovski is supposedly playing a queen of some kind. The Legend of Zelda will be one of Neillâs final on-screen performances, following the Jurassic Park starâs death last month.

It wouldnât surprise me if Neill was playing the King of Hyrule, but we wonât know for sure until the movie premieres on April 30, 2027.
