The Galaxy Z Fold 8 is set to make its retail debut tomorrow, and while we've seen some great promotions, you're still looking at a retail price that starts at $1,900. It's going to sell a ton of units, which might leave you feeling left out.

We get it, though it's not possible to buy every phone that comes out, especially when it costs so much. But if you've been looking for a similar experience for much less, grab the Pixel Fold for $460 right now.

You get a phone with a wide foldable form factor, similar to the Z Fold 8, that runs Android and will continue to get support until June 2028. This phone cost $1,799 when it first launched. The heavy discount makes this one a pretty simple choice at the moment.

Just act quickly because products tend to sell out

You can find this deal on Woot, and it even comes with a one-year warranty. Now, we know it isn't exactly the same as the Z Fold 8, but you'll at least get to experience a wide foldable for a fraction of the price. While the Pixel Fold was a bit rough when it first launched, it's gotten much better over time thanks to numerous updates.

The good news is that it will only continue to get better, thanks to updates that will arrive on the phone over the next two years. This model is powered by a Google Tensor G2 chip that's paired with 12GB of RAM. It's plenty powerful even today, offering smooth multitasking that doesn't skip a beat.

This model that's on sale from Woot comes with 256GB of storage and is currently only available in Porcelain. The Pixel Fold has a large 7.6-inch 120Hz inner display and a 5.8-inch outer display. There's also a triple camera setup on the rear, with a 48MP main, 10.8MP telephoto, and 10.8MP ultrawide.

For most people, you should be able to get through a day of use without having to recharge. If you're a heavy user, we recommend packing a power bank with the phone to charge up along the way. Again, at this price, we think this is a steal. Just grab it while it's still available.

Last year's Google Pixel Fold may not have dazzled us on release, but the company has made many improvements to the device over time. Android 15 has the Pixel Fold running well, and it's a fantastic deal for sub-$600 if you're comfortable with a renewed device. It's an excellent choice for picking up a foldable on a budget.
