CITY OF SAN FERNANDO—The head of all village chiefs in the Pampanga town of Mexico has sued former Rep. and senior deputy speaker Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales Jr. for plunder in connection with two flood control projects worth P359.37 million. Terence Sampang Napao, barangay captain of Sto. Cristo and president of the Liga ng mga Barangay, filed the criminal and administrative complaints at the Office of the Ombudsman for Luzon on Wednesday (Aug. 5) .
