Five weeks ago, Hamilton man Andrew Saunders decided to donate one of his kidneys to his neighbour, and now good friend, Graeme Hickey.

Saunders described their kidney match as “fate” and says once the testing confirmed the match, he never looked back.

“I don’t walk around thinking ‘God, part of
