Angeline Quinto to host own talk show

After establishing herself as a singer and actress, Angeline Quinto is taking on a new role — this time as the host of her own program, “The Angeline Quinto Show.”

Quinto is set to headline the talk show, which will be streamed on iWant starting Aug. 27, as per a teaser shared by the platform on Thursday, Aug. 6. Aside from conversations with guests, the program will also feature musical performances by Quinto.

It was also revealed in an earlier post that actor-comedian Vice Ganda and singer Erik Santos will be among the show’s first guests.

Quinto, who rose to fame after emerging as the champion in the 2011 reality talent competition “Star Power,” is celebrating her 15th year in show business this year.

Aside from her talk show, Quinto has been busy with the preparations for her upcoming concert, “AQuinse,” which will be staged on Aug. 22 at the Araneta Coliseum.

May mga nakakaiyak, mga nakakatuwa, nakaka-inspire, at mga nakaka-in love,” she said.

Quinto is a mom to her two children with her non-showbiz husband Nonrev Daquina. /ra
