According to Ukrinform, Heorhii Reshetilov, acting head of the regional military administration, reported this on Telegram.
“Today, in the village of Kobleve, Kobleve community, in the Black Sea, an explosive device detonated. A 45-year-old man who was in the water was killed,” Reshetilov wrote.
He stated that two women who were on the shore were injured. A 47-year-old woman received medical care at the scene, while a 63-year-old woman was hospitalized in moderate condition.
The head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration emphasized that this tragedy could have been prevented: “The area was fenced off and marked with warnings about the danger of mines.”
The official reminded that swimming in the sea is prohibited within the Mykolaiv region.

As previously reported, on August 6 in the Mykolaiv region, six people were injured, and transport infrastructure was damaged during an attack on the Voznesensk community.
