The Thunderbird drift zone follows an off-road path that takes you right past Hotel Thunderbird in Forza Horizon 6.

This drift zone is particularly challenging for its long straight sections and gravel track. If you're not used to drifting (or scrounging for points in drift zones), the Thunderbird drift zone may seem impossible, but with the right tuning set up and a bit of practice, you'll be able to 3-star this drift zone in no time.

The Thunderbird drift zone is located in the top left corner of the Takashiro region, which is the second-highest region in Forza Horizon 6. It's found on the off-road path, which are the orange-colored roads, that leads north into the Sotoyama region's westernmost off-road path. As you get closer to the drift zone, you'll see Hotel Thunderbird, which is a rectangular white building that recedes into the hillside.

Like the other drift zones, the Thunderbird drift zone has three star levels:

• 1 star: 65,000 points
• 2 stars: 100,000 points
• 3 stars: 130,000 points

If you're not confident in your drifting skills, 130,000 points can seem like a lot, especially as the turns are fairly spread out in this drift zone. The best way to 3-star this zone is to continuously drift from one side of the road to the other, even on the straight. Additionally, the bounds of this drift zone seem to be fairly generous, so you can go drift off the gravel path and continue to earn points. Just make sure not to go too far off or else you'll fail the course.

However, this will all be impossible if you don't have the right car and tuning set up. One of the best set-ups that worked for us was the Honda Acty with the "Godlike Drifting" tune by user Kenpai TDG (share code: 542 828 618).

If you're trying to complete the "Thunderbird 2" daily challenge, you only need to earn two stars rather than three, so aim for 100,000 points and make sure to drift on the straights.
