The Tenancy Tribunal has released new guidelines on the use of artificial intelligence after concerns that the use of the technology was clogging up the system with “AI slop”.

The principal tenancy adjudicator published the guidelines this week to “explain how AI may be used in Tenancy Tribunal proceedings”
