SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — A minor who was reported missing after a drowning incident in Barangay Langlangca 1st, Candon City, was found dead on Saturday morning (Aug. 8) following a search and retrieval operation. The victim’s body was recovered around 7 a.m. and brought to Candon General Hospital, where he was declared dead, according to the Candon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO).
