TACLOBAN CITY- The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Saturday suspended the voyage of all vessels and watercraft with a gross tonnage (GT) in Maasin City, Limasawa Island, and Padre Burgos in Southern Leyte due to deteriorating sea conditions brought by the southwest monsoon.
