Kris Aquino struggled with bone pain while shooting comeback content

Before her return to the limelight, Kris Aquino, amid her several autoimmune diseases, worked very hard and endured bone pain to finish filming her comeback content.

Several close friends of Aquino witnessed this, including Loi Villarama who disclosed the Queen of All Media’s struggles during the shooting.

“I NEVER LOST FAITH THAT THIS DAY WILL COME…when The Queen, Ms. Kris Aquino, will face the cameras again and do what she does best,” Villarama said via an Instagram post on Friday, Aug. 7, showing behind-the-scenes clips from the filming.

“During the shoot, I saw how hard it was for her because yung rheumatoid arthritis, talagang namamaga yung legs and pati yung buto. I felt yung pag-usli nung mismong buto on her knees na namamaga,” she recalled.

Villarama noted that Aquino was initially doing okay but that the symptoms of her illness began to show as she grew tired.

“But she never complained, kahit hirap at pagod she was always in high spirits, at pag nasa harap na ng camera wala ka nang mahahalata na she’s in pain,” Villarama said of Aquino. “She is a true professional. At kahit may iniindang sakit, palaging ‘take 1’ si KCA.”

“Her cut-off time was 12 midnight, but she finished the shoot with no complaints until 1:30 AM,” she added.

Addressing Aquino, Villarama expressed her admiration and excitement at seeing the former back in the spotlight. “Praying for your continued healing and we are earnestly looking forward to seeing more of you, Our Queen.”
