SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — A total of 534 persons or 156 families have been evacuated in several towns in Zambales as persistent rains and flooding continued to affect the province, provincial authorities reported on Saturday. Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) chief Rolex Estella said the figures covered evacuations since August 5. The provincial report showed that evacuees came from 16 villages in the towns of Subic, Castillejos, San Antonio, San Felipe, Iba, Palauig, Masinloc, Candelaria and Sta. Cruz.
