SAN ANTONIO, ZAMBALES, Philippines — Loosening soil and falling rocks along a mountainside prompted a road warning in San Marcelino town in this province on Saturday (Aug. 8) as heavy rains continued to batter the province. According to the San Marcelino Public Information Office, soil along a mountainside in Sitio Dalmar, Barangay Aglao, was gradually loosening, while rocks above a retaining wall had also begun to fall.
