BELGRADE, August 8. /TASS/. Several dozen people carrying Serbian and Russian flags took part in a rally protesting Vladimir Zelensky's visit to Belgrade.

The protest, organized by the "We - Power of the People" opposition parliamentary movement, was held near a monument to Russian Emperor Nicholas II in central Belgrade, across the road from the Serbian presidential office.

The demonstrators also carried a crossed-out photo of Zelensky and a banner featuring Russian President Vladimir Putin's portrait.

Zelensky arrived in Belgrade on Friday. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said at a press conference that their meeting had not covered bilateral military cooperation, but did not rule out such discussions after the conflict in Ukraine ended.
