LIVE LIST: Flooded areas on August 9 due to habagat

MANILA, Philippines — Several parts of Metro Manila and nearby areas are experiencing flooding due to the continued rains enhanced by the Southwest Monsoon, or "habagat" on Sunday, August 9.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and various local government units have reported flooding in several areas.

In its 3 a.m. weather advisory, PAGASA said Southwest Monsoon is affecting Luzon and Visayas.
