ROSTOV-ON-DON, August 9. /TASS/. Around 30 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been taken down overnight in the Azov Sea port city of Taganrog and eight districts of south Russia’s Rostov Region, Governor Yury Slyusar said.
"Overnight, around 30 drones have been destroyed as a drone attack on Taganrog and eight districts of the Rostov Region was being repelled," he wrote on the Max messenger.
The governor did not report any damage, saying only that dry grass caught fire in a field at the area of 50 square meters in total. The wildfire was promptly put out.
