Zuru has failed in a high-profile lawsuit brought against an upstart nappy competitor, and its billionaire co-founder Nick Mowbray has narrowly escaped a counterclaim after he was found by the High Court to have undercut rivals with claims “which objectively had the capacity to mislead or deceive”.
