Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this in his nightly video address, according to Ukrinform.

"Work is still underway in Odesa following last night's strike. There were power and water outages, and all services are involved in restoring supplies. As of this morning, more than 300,000 households in Odesa and the region were without electricity. By now, power has been restored to a third of them, and work is continuing," he said.

Zelensky thanked repair crews, the State Emergency Service and everyone involved in the response.

"There were also strikes on Kharkiv and the region, Pavlohrad, Kherson, Sumy region and our Zhytomyr region. It is important that people receive real assistance everywhere," he said.

During the day, the president received reports from Prime Minister Sergii Koretskyi and also spoke with Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Mykhailo Drapatyi about protecting Ukrainian cities and responding to Russia.

"These responses are entirely justified. There will be a response to every Russian strike. Russia's war will be increasingly felt at home, in Russia," Zelensky said.

He expressed his gratitude to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Security Service of Ukraine, noting that an operation targeting Russia's oil refining industry is ongoing and is having a significant impact on the aggressor. Russian air defense systems and radar stations have also been hit, while Ukrainian forces have carried out strikes against Russian infrastructure in the Azov and Black Sea regions.

"The only reason this is still continuing is Russia's unwillingness to end this war," the president said.
