SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and the Olongapo City government shifted to work-from-home arrangements on Monday as the southwest monsoon continues to dump heavy rains in the area. SBMA Communications Head Armie Llamas said the agency would allow employees to work from home. However, all SBMA operational units will remain fully manned to ensure the delivery of necessary services.
