The shares of
jumped another 4.5% on Tuesday, extending a 30% rally over four days after veteran investor
's
acquired around 1% stake in the company through a bulk deal.
The stock soared 14% on Thursday following the transaction. It rose another 7% to an intraday high on Friday before succumbing to profit booking and closing lower. The company's shares gained over 16% in two straight sessions, hitting a five-month high of Rs 219.61 apiece on the NSE today.
As per exchange data, Abakkus Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. purchased nearly 30 lakh shares of Mrs Bectors Food on July 15, representing around 0.96% equity stake in the company. The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 168.97 apiece.

The shares have jumped around 28% in one week and nearly 13% in one month, although they remain 13% down so far in 2026. The stock has fallen nearly 30% in one year.
In the longer term,

Mrs Bectors Food shareholding pattern**
Promoters and promoter group held more than 49% stake in Mrs Bectors Food, while the remaining 51% stake was owned by the public at the end of the June quarter. Around 19 mutual funds held a 24% stake, while three insurance companies owned over 1% stake in the company.
More than 1 lakh retail shareholders owned around 12% stake in the company as on June 30, 2026, according to data on the company’s shareholding pattern on NSE.

Mrs Bectors Food Specialities is yet to announce its results for the April-June quarter of FY27. In the March 2026 quarter, the company reported an 8.4% year-on-year rise in consolidated revenue to Rs 496 crore, while consolidated net profit increased 3.3% YoY to Rs 35 crore, indicating steady business growth despite relatively modest earnings expansion.
