SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — More than 500 residents in Olongapo City have evacuated from their homes due to floods as the river reached its spilling level early Monday amid persistent monsoon rains. According to data from the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, at least 165 families (517 individuals) were displaced. Water levels of the river beneath the Del Rosario, Sta.
