According to the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UNGRD), this decision was made by President Abelardo de la Espriella’s decision after it was unanimously supported at the emergency government meeting.
According to the latest data, the death toll currently stands at 111, with hundreds of people being injured or missing.
