According to Ukrinform, Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“Russian terrorists have once again cynically launched airstrikes against our community’s critical infrastructure,” Shanko said.
According to him, power and water outages are being observed throughout the city as a result of the airstrikes.

The Central, Dniprovskyi, and Korabelnyi districts of Kherson are partially without power.
Experts are assessing the extent of the damage and the scope of emergency repair work.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the evening of August 10, a Russian drone struck a high-rise building in the Central District of Kherson, injuring an elderly woman.
