TUGUEGARAO CITY – Twelve noodle eateries that have won the city’s previous Pancit Festivals again showed off their prowess in the ‘Battle of the Champions’ as they competed for the best Pancit Batil Patong title on Sunday (August 9), inspite of the monsoon. The competition was part of the activities of the 2026 Pavvurulun Afi Festival, whch drew back winners of previous competitions.
