MABALACAT CITY — Municipal work crew of Minalin town aided residents of Barangays Sta. Catalina and San Franciso in placing sandbags at the checkgate of a river which overflowed on Monday morning (August 10). Minalin Mayor Philip Siojo Naguit said in a social media post that the overflow was caused by continuing heavy rains and the water flowing down the San Francisco River from the upstream portions of Gugu River and Pasig-Potrero River.
