MANILA, Philippines – Motorists will get some relief at the pump starting Tuesday, Aug. 11, even as the southwest monsoon, or habagat, continues to bring heavy rains, flooding and disruptions in parts of the country. Fuel retailers will cut gasoline prices by P4.70 per liter, diesel by P4.30 per liter, and kerosene by P4.88 per liter following a decline in global oil prices amid fresh developments in the US-Iran situation.
