Cat Deeley shared a rare insight into the start of her summer holiday with her two sons on Instagram on Monday.
The This Morning presenter, 49, who announced her split from husband Patrick Kielty, 55, in July last year, looked effortlessly chic in one photo as she kept cool in London's heatwave with an iced coffee.
Cat rocked a black shirt, brown trousers and huge sunglasses as she smiled for the camera while taking a phone call.
She also shared a sweet clip of her sons, Milo, nine, and James, seven, having a private tennis lesson.
She captioned the post: 'Find the fun in the little things'.
It comes after Cat put on a tactile display with film industry boss Charlie Coleman, an executive at Amazon MGM Studios at BST Hyde Park in London last Sunday.

Charlie placed his hand on Cat's shoulder affectionately as they giggled during Lewis Capaldi's concert.
In May, it was reported that Cat is open to dating again almost a year after revealing her split from Patrick.
The This Morning presenter announced her divorce in a joint statement in July 2025, confirming they had decided to end their 12-year marriage and would remain united as parents.
The couple sparked speculation they had split when Cat was absent from Patrick's mother's funeral in Ireland in March last year.
But now, The Sun reported that she is feeling more ready to get herself back out there and is currently 'living life to the fullest' with her nearest and dearest around her.
A source told the publication: 'She is open to dating again, definitely, but it has to feel right. She wouldn't go on apps because that's just not her style, well maybe Raya one day, she's not totally closed off.
'She likes the idea of what's out there, a bit of flirting, a bit of fun, without any pressure.'
Cat and Patrick first met in 2002 while they hosted BBC talent show Fame Academy but they did not become an item until ten years later.
