and others are set to turn ex-record date for dividends on Friday (July 24), effectively making today the last day for interested investors to buy the shares to be eligible for payments cumulatively worth nearly Rs 1,127.

As per Sebi's T+1 settlement cycle, investors must buy a company's shares at least one trading day before the record date to ensure the shares are credited to their demat accounts in time, and they become eligible for the

corporate action

. Accordingly, today is the last opportunity for investors to buy the shares so that they are credited to their accounts by Friday, making them eligible for the dividends.

Bharti Airtel dividend

Telecom major Bharti Airtel in May announced a final dividend of Rs 24 per fully paid-up equity share for FY26, with Friday being fixed as the record date for the dividend. Notably, this marks the company’s highest-ever annual dividend payout so far.

Bharti Airtel has declared 23 dividends since July, 2009, according to data on Trendlyne. The latest dividend payment comes after the company paid a dividend of Rs 16 per share in July last year, and Rs 8 per share in the year before.

Hero MotoCorp dividend

Hero MotoCorp in May declared a dividend of Rs 75 per share for eligible shareholders, while announcing its Q4 earnings. It fixed July 24 as the record date, making today the last day for interested investors to buy the stock to be eligible for the dividend payout.

The two-wheeler maker has declared 45 dividends since July, 2001, and currently has a dividend yield of more than 3.5%, according to data on Trendlyne.

Info Edge dividend

Naukri-parent Info Edge also fixed Friday as the record date for its final dividend of Rs 3.6 per share. The dividend will be paid on or after September 2, 2026.

Earlier this month, the company reported a 14% year-on-year (YoY) rise in standalone billings at Rs 737 crore for Q1 FY27, as against Rs 644 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

accounts for the highest dividend payout among the stocks turning ex-record date tomorrow. The company will pay a final dividend of Rs 525 apiece and a special dividend of Rs 131 apiece to its shareholders.

Voltamp Transformers

will pay a substantial final dividend of Rs 100 per share. Software and IT services player

Sasken Technologies

will pay Rs 13 per share.

Intellect Design Arena

has also lined up a double reward, offering a final dividend of Rs 4 per share and a special dividend of Rs 3 per share.

has fixed Friday as the record date for a dual corporate action: a 1:2 bonus issue along with a stock split, reducing the face value of shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2. Meanwhile, PS Raj Steels has also fixed Friday as the record date for its stock split, subdividing equity shares from a face value of Rs 10 to Rs 2.
