SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — A makeshift zipline has been installed across the swollen Sto. Tomas River to provide aid to residents of nearby San Marcelino village, which lost its main bridge and only access after it was washed away on Sunday, Aug. 9, by strong river currents. As of Tuesday, Barangay Sta. Fe remained cut off from the rest of the town.
