PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur — Authorities arrested a 41-year-old driver from Cagayan de Oro City after intercepting a truck loaded with P9.4 million worth of smuggled cigarettes during a joint checkpoint operation in Barangay Militar, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur late Monday night.
