BAGUIO CITY – Social Welfare Secretary Rex Gatchalian on Tuesday (August 11) visited two of the three survivors of the fatal landslide at Barangay Guisad Surong, and consoled families of the 10 other Baguio residents who died when mud and rocks buried three houses in the dead of night last weekend amid howling winds and rain that had tormented the summer capital for days.
