CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The family of a man with a mental disability has sought the public’s help in locating him after he went missing in Cajidiocan town, Romblon. The Cajidiocan Public Information Office (PIO) identified the missing man as Fortunato R. Relox Jr., a resident of Barangay Campalingo.
