CEBU CITY, Philippines — Lapu-Lapu City Lone District Rep. Junard “Ahong” Chan is appealing to the public for help in identifying the driver involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured a child in Barangay Bankal, saying the victim’s family is seeking justice. In a social media post on Thursday, July 23, Chan said the child’s mother had sought assistance in identifying the driver who fled after the incident.
