Popular Brazilian influencer Lis Santos Bayir has been left fighting for her life after she got into a horrific motorcycle crash while on vacation in Bali.

Bayir, whose real name is Elisangela Aparecida dos Santos, has raked in more than 18,000 followers by documenting her lavish lifestyle and fitness routine, among other things.

Over the weekend, her family issued an urgent plea on Instagram through the account known as Balilegals asking for blood donations after they revealed she had been 'seriously injured' in a motorcycle crash.

They said she was in the intensive care unit 'under close medical supervision.'

'We remain very confident and deeply grateful for every prayer, message and positive energy sent by you,' they added.

In an update shared on Monday evening to her Instagram Stories, the family said that 'given the severity of the accident and heavy blood loss, her progress is slow.'

'Her recovery is an ongoing process that takes time,' they added. 'We are taking it one day at a time.'

They noted that while they 'fully understand' her fans are 'anxiously' awaiting updates, their focus is 'on her care.'

'The best news we can share is that Lis is out of the ICU and continues to recover all, in her own time,' they continued. 'The doctors themselves are calling her a miracle.'

The circumstances surrounding the crash have not been made public, however, the social media star's family shared a second post slamming people who 'labeled Bayir's accident as an act of irresponsibility.'

'I would like to address a serious matter. Unfortunately, certain pages have been acting in a sensationalist and dishonest manner, labeling [her] accident as an act of irresponsibility,' they wrote.

'No one was there at the moment of the crash to judge what actually happened.'

They branded Bayir as a 'hard-working, focused and responsible woman' and vowed that her goal 'has never been - and never will be - to gain fame off of tragedy, misfortune or drama.'

'Our family is already suffering enough, and we will not tolerate this kind of opportunism,' they slammed.

'Any profile or page that creates, spreads or comments lies about Lis will be reported and will face legal action.'
