NEW YORK, August 11. /TASS/. US serviceman Robert Gilman, who was released in Russia, is heading to a hospital in Texas for medical examinations and treatment, the Associated Press reported.

Gilman’s family also flew to Texas to be with him, it said.

Reuters earlier reported, citing US administration officials, that the US citizen convicted in Russia had been released on health grounds and was flying to Washington on a special flight.
