According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Office of the President of Ukraine.
Zelensky thanked the President of Costa Rica for her warm and important words of support for Ukraine and Ukrainians.
"We appreciate that Costa Rica stands with us during votes on resolutions at the UN General Assembly, in the work to return Ukrainian children abducted by Russia, and in holding the Russian Federation accountable for its crimes, including the crime of aggression," he said.
The presidents discussed the potential for cooperation between the two countries.

"There are many different areas where our partnership can yield positive results. Costa Rica is interested in our expertise in the field of security," Zelensky emphasized.
The heads of state also agreed that their teams would work on a possible format for a meeting at the leaders' level.
According to the Office of the President, Zelensky invited Laura Fernández Delgado to visit Ukraine, while she invited the Ukrainian president to Costa Rica.
As Ukrinform reported, as of early July, Ukraine had already returned 2,368 children deported by Russia.
