According to Ukrinform, Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, reported this on Facebook.

According to him, "the enemy attacked Odesa from early morning. Infrastructure was damaged."

There were no casualties in the overnight strike. One residential building was damaged. Utility services promptly cleared the area and boarded up all the broken windows, Lysak said.
