Airbnb has become a go-to for Britons planning getaways across the country, from cosy cottage escapes to big group stays in grand manor houses.
And you don't have to splash out to find somewhere special.
With holidaymakers spending hours hunting down purse-friendly properties, we've done the legwork and rounded up some of the best Airbnb stays for less.
From tiny Devon huts and secluded cabins to bungalows and city apartments, the Daily Mail has found some of the best stays you can book for under £150.
So, whether you're after a romantic escape or a bargain break, could one of these be your next staycation?
Rookery Retreat, Devon
For just £130 a night, this two-person shepherd's hut is located on a traditional 500-acre farm - and is perfect for a secluded romantic getaway.
Rookery Retreat, as it is called, features a Smeg hob, wood-burning stove, walk-in rain shower, double bed with memory foam mattress and two-person stone resin bath.
The listing explains: 'Enjoy the seclusion of the remote location. Dine al fresco on the patio, or take a picnic down by the water. Later, settle in for the night with a good book to the backdrop of the crackling wood burning stove.'
Visitors are clearly enamoured with the stay, which has a 4.98 rating.
'Our weekend away could not have been more perfect,' one guest wrote. 'Rolling countryside, relaxing in the outdoor bath, falling asleep to the sounds of nature after watching the sunset over the hills. The hut was absolutely perfect - everything you could need for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of life.'
Barn in Auldgirth
While a barn stay might not sound appealing, this is one of the cosiest places to visit. It's a bothy, an old term for a Scottish shelter used by shepherds tending their flocks in remote locations.
A wood-burning stove will keep you warm, and there's an inviting living space too. For accommodation that sleeps up to six people, you'd be hard-pressed to find better value than this £142-per-night stay.
Guests should, however, be aware of the amenities. The listing says: 'The bothy at Auldgirth sits on the edge of a working farm/small holding and offers guests a back to basics form of accommodation, with a few modern luxuries to keep you comfortable during your stay.
'Please note this is a 'back to basic' form of accommodation, with no TV, no wifi, cold running water and composting toilet.'
Artist retreat in Devon
If you're willing to part with £147 a night, this two-person artist retreat cabin is modern, minimalist and charming.
The idyllic secluded Devon cabin has wild outdoor bathing with a wood-fired bath and Scandi-style interiors.
It's even ranked as one of Airbnb's most loved homes, according to guests.
'The cabin was gorgeous, very well appointed and comfortable. The outside shower and bath are a real bonus,' one visitor wrote as a review.
'The Weekender', Cleave Farm Cottages, Crackington
Tiny homes are all the rage at the moment, ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking solace in the quiet countryside.
The Weekender is one of the best, a Cornwall home you can book for just £176 for two nights (the minimum stay).
It sleeps up to two people, and is located close to Bude - plus, it is in the top 1 per cent of eligible listings based on ratings, reviews and reliability on the Airbnb website.
'Perfect if you want easy access to the South West Coast Path. Stunning scenery and views to the sea. The ‘Weekender’ has everything that you are looking for in a small space. Would definitely like to return again,' one guest said.
Sea view bungalow in Westward Ho!
If sea views are what you're after, sea views are what you should get - and this is the perfect place.
This bungalow with a glass atrium-style living room is perfect for soaking in the scenery, all from the cosy sofa.
It sleeps two people, and costs just under £150 a night.
One visitor wrote: 'Absolutely stunning view of Westward Ho! Very comfortable and cool decor with a well-equipped kitchen to cook meals.'
A second chimed in: 'Was an absolutely amazing stay! Couldn’t recommend enough. Short walk to the beach, perfect location. Amazing views, didn’t want to leave!'
Jasmine Cottage in Fairy Cross
'A truly lovely little cottage, beautifully finished, in a charming, peaceful village,' is how one delighted holidaymaker described this one-bedroom 16th-century cottage.
Situated in North Devon, Jasmine Cottage features limestone floors, lime-rendered walls and preserved stonework - as well as a log burner and comfortable living room.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, traditional stone fireplace and rustic charm.
This Fairy Cross property has a three-night minimum, but works out as £116 a night.
Kensington city escape, London
London stays on a budget are few and far between - so once you spot one, it's better to nab it fast.
This apartment, located in Bayswater and near to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, is one such gem.
One guest said: 'Great location, very close to tubes. Lovely little flat, clean and tidy. Overall a good place to stay to get out and about in London. Definitely recommended.'
Another added: 'This was a great location. This space is perfect for solo travelers stopping in London for a few days.'
Tiny House in Woolley
Another small abode that's worth a look is this Cornwall property.
It has a sauna with sea view available for hire on the farm, as well as a private garden with a fire pit.
The listing says: 'This beautiful, hand-crafted wooden cabin on wheels has everything you need for the perfect getaway.
'With direct access to footpaths leading on to the South West Coast Path, this is an ideal bolthole for walking or surfing holidays or just the perfect excuse to get away from it all.'
Entire place in Kirkcudbright
One night is less than £100 here - and as one of Airbnb's most loved homes according to guests, it's well worth a look.
The self-catering cabin sleeps two, and offers views across the nearby river.
'Lovely little cabin had everything we needed for our stay. A real bonus was the lovely garden leading directly onto a riverside walk into town. Kirkcudbright has an amazing amount of local arts and crafts,' one guest said of their holiday.
Another wrote: 'Absolutely lovely place to stay. Having direct access to walk along the river was perfect for the dogs.'
Shepherd’s hut in Cumbria
In the heart of a family farm, you'll find this peaceful retreat with views across the Lorton Valley.
Coming in at £95 a night, the two-person hut is great if you want to get away from it all.
The listing explains: 'Cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove and plan your adventure for the next day.
'The hut has no electricity but has solar lights, and a separate composting toilet. A breakfast hamper will be delivered to your door in the morning.'
Old Forge in Wrelton
Rounding out the list, for £142 a night you can book the Old Forge, a cottage in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, which was a 19th-century blacksmith's forge.
It has now been renovated and features a living room, kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine-level bedroom.
The North Yorkshire stay is ideal for exploring the North York Moors National Park.
'A charming bijou holiday cottage in a great location for visiting all the local tourist sites,' is how one guest described it.
