KIDAPAWAN CITY — The local government unit (LGU) of Kidapawan City has urged its 40 villages to establish water impounding facilities to mitigate the impact of El Niño. The city government made the appeal during the Association of Barangay Captains (ABC) meeting last week, noting it is important to secure water supply for agricultural and household use to cushion the impact of the dry spell.
