MOSCOW, August 12. /TASS/. Ukrainian forces stopped publishing information about Russian missile launches due to "the catastrophic state" of Ukraine’s air defense systems, Verkhovna Rada (parliament) member Anna Skorokhod said.

"The Ukrainian air force has changed the format of its public reporting on Russian attacks. This is linked to the lack of air defense systems, which are capable of intercepting ballistic missiles," she wrote on her Telegram channel, noting that the authorities just stopped informing society instead of addressing "the catastrophic state" Ukraine finds itself in due to "a lack of air defense systems."

Ukraine has recently been experiencing a shortage of interceptor missiles. In particular, Kiev is attempting to obtain new shipments of missiles for Patriot air defense systems. The Financial Times reported that during his meeting with Vladimir Zelensky, US President Donald Trump refused to supply hundreds of interceptor missiles for Patriot systems. The European Commission called on all European countries that still have air defense missiles to supply them to the Kiev regime. According to the US media, US interceptor missile stocks have been significantly depleted amid the war with Iran.
