MANILA, Philippines — A total of 20 emergency motorcycles were turned over to the Bicol regional police to boost assistance in areas where distance and road conditions obstruct access, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said Wednesday. The motorcycles will be stationed at the Albay and Camarines Sur police offices to support faster police response for citizens in need of immediate assistance, according to PNP chief Gen.
