Ukrainian Parliamentary Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets said this during a press conference at Ukrinform.

"Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, we have documented at least 345 cases of Ukrainian soldiers being killed or executed after they had surrendered, as confirmed by video footage. This means they laid down their weapons, came out with their hands raised, lay on the ground and showed that they were no longer taking part in hostilities. Russian soldiers searched them and made sure they had no weapons. [...] We have documented cases in which the soldiers were ordered to take off all their clothes. They were then forced to lie on the ground in the same manner and shot at point-blank range by Russian troops," Lubinets said.

He stressed that killing service members who have surrendered constitutes a separate war crime.
