Three Palestinian families besieged in their homes by Israeli settlers

Three Palestinian families in Qusra, occupied West Bank, are being besieged inside their homes by Israeli settlers blocking roads and cutting water and electricity. After two days, the Israeli army evacuated the nearby outpost, but settlers returned within hours.
