According to ASTRA analysts, the Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat oil refinery in Bashkortostan caught fire following the UAV attack.
Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat is one of Russia's largest oil refining and petrochemical complexes.
In 2024, the facility processed approximately 7.2 million tonnes of oil, accounting for about 2.7% of Russia's total oil refining volume.
In September 2025, Ukrainian drones attacked the refinery twice, on September 18 and September 24. The September 24 attack damaged the AVT-6 primary crude oil processing unit.
Following a UAV attack on July 14 this year, the refinery suspended operations.

According to ASTRA, drones also attacked a Wildberries logistics center in Chishmy District of Bashkortostan.
Construction of the Wildberries logistics center at the Center for Agrotechnologies industrial park in Chishmy District began in 2024. The facility has a total area of approximately 186,800 square meters.
As Ukrinform reported, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck an oil refinery in Russia's Orenburg region on the night of August 11.
