SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Five flood control projects of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in this province were reportedly damaged amid the continuing rains and flooding brought by the past typhoons and southwest monsoon. Rolex Estella, head of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, told the Inquirer on Thursday that among the reported damaged structures were the San Juan Dike in Botolan, Tanguay Slope Protection in Sto.
