The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"At around 05:00 on August 13, Russian forces attacked the village of Verbivka in the Izium district, Kharkiv region. According to preliminary information, the enemy used jet-powered drones. Two men and two women sustained blast injuries. Another female resident was diagnosed with an acute stress reaction," the statement said.

The prosecutor's office said two strikes were recorded – one on a non-residential building and another on a private house.

The Izium District Prosecutor's Office in the Kharkiv region has launched a pre-trial investigation into a war crime under Part 1 of Article 438 of Ukraine's Criminal Code.

On August 12, Kharkiv and 14 other settlements in the region came under Russian attacks. One person was killed and four others were injured.
