SEVASTOPOL, August 13. /TASS/. A Russian Defense Ministry service member has been killed in Sevastopol as a result of an explosion, the Federal Security Service (FSB) branch for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol told reporters.

It said that the suspect in the crime has been detained, she was working on the instruction of the Ukrainian special services.
