Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Russian forces attacked Izium. Two women, aged 68 and 66, suffered blast injuries. They were hospitalized, and doctors are providing all necessary medical assistance. Another two women, aged 45 and 79, suffered acute stress reactions and received medical assistance at the scene," Syniehubov said.

He noted that a private house, an outbuilding, and a car caught fire at the site of the strike. At least three private houses were damaged in total.
Emergency services are working to deal with the aftermath of the attack.
As Ukrinform reported, Russian forces attacked the village of Verbivka in Izium district, Kharkiv region, with jet-powered drones on the morning of August 13, injuring five civilians.
