European Commission spokesperson Anitta Hipper said this at a briefing, according to Ukrinform.

She said that the EU had always emphasized the need to provide more assistance to Ukraine, which urgently needed air defense and that this remained a priority. She added that the High Representative had therefore called on all EU member states with stocks of air-defense interceptor missiles to make them available to Ukraine.

Hipper also added that Kallas was in contact with EU member states to encourage them to increase their commitments regarding ammunition and military supplies to Ukraine.

As Ukrinform reported, retired Bundeswehr Brigadier General and lecturer in contemporary history at the University of Potsdam Klaus Wittmann said that some European countries, including Spain and Greece, still have stocks of Patriot missiles that could be transferred to Ukraine as a short-term solution amid the shortage of interceptors.
