CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Classes in all levels in the Oriental Mindoro town of Mamburao have bern suspended on Friday ( Aug. 14), due to the continuing threat of floods brought by persistent rains. Mamburao Mayor Glicerio Almero III said he observed flooding along routes commonly used by students, as well as in some school premises.
